Brotha Percy - Host
The career of Brotha Percy in radio broadcasting spans over 30 years.. Though he has worn several hats in the industry, from newsman to weatherman to Smooth Jazz host, he is best known for his work in the gospel music radio industry.
During his career he has served in the capacity of on air personality/programmer for satellite radio company SIRIUS and several major New York City radio stations, including WRKS and WBLS. Today his name is synonymous with quality gospel music programming and his skill at listening and discovering untapped musical talent is unparalleled.
Brotha Percy is responsible for initially giving radio airplay to virtual unknowns as Kirk Franklin, Mary Mary, God's Property and Trin-i-tee 5:7, to name a few. As host and producer of Sing Unto The Lord Radio, Brotha Percy will seek to uncover the buried treasures existing within the Christian music arena.
